DV Lottery 2023 Registration Guide For Easily Qualification: Hi there and welcome to today’s guide. In this guide, we are going to take you through and simple steps on how to apply for DV Lottery 2023 Registration Guide For Easily Qualification.
The DV lottery application is open for all eligible citizens of the eligible counties to apply. The online application portal is now open and this means interested applicants can begin with the 2023 DV Lottery entry.
The entry submission period for DV-2023 is from 12:00PM EDT (GMT -4) on October 6, 2021 to 12:00PM EST (GMT -5) on November 9, 2021. The entry form will only be available for submission during this period and this period only. Entries will NOT be accepted through the U.S. Postal Service.
The entry form is prepared in two parts, one for the primary Entrant and one for derivatives (if any). Each part must be completed correctly and completely before going to the next part. After all, parts are completed, the entry will be submitted to the DV-2023 Processing Center. Click the link below to begin the entry process.
Steps on How to Register 2023 DV Lottery
First, visit the DV Lottery Portal through this link
Once you are at the page, scroll down and locate the “Begin Entry” button and click on it.
Now you’ll be required to type the characters as they appear in the picture. These characters vary for each applicant
After typing the right characters, you will then have access to the registration form which top part is shown in the picture below.
Fill in all the Required fields which include:
Here, you are required to enter your Last/Family Name, First Name, and Middle Name.Tick the box below any of the names if you don’t have it included in your names.
Enter your Gender type (either male or female)
3. Birth Date
Make sure your date of birth enter correspond with the one on your Birth certificate
4. City Where You Were Born
City where you were born. It can be different from where you live currently. Enter the city that was capture on your birth certificate as the city born.
5. Country Where You Were Born
It can be different from where you live currently. Enter the country that was capture on your birth certificate as the city-born.
6. Country of Eligibility for the DV Program:
Your country of eligibility will normally be the same as your country of birth. Your country of eligibility is NOT related to where you live. If you were born in a country that is not eligible for the DV program, please go to Explanation of Country of Eligibility to see if there is another option available in your case.
In order to submit an entry for the Diversity Visa program, you must currently possess a valid, unexpired passport from your country of nationality, unless exempt (see below). Please answer A or B.
8. Entrant Photograph:
Photographs must be submitted at the time of DV entry. Photographs that do not comply with all specifications, including but not limited to recency of the photos (must be taken in the last six months), the composition of the photos, and unacceptable backgrounds are grounds for disqualification of the entire entry. Any manipulation of photographs that alters the facial characteristics is grounds for disqualification of the entire entry. See examples on the Photo Examples page.

You can be born in South Africa but live in Ghana. So make sure to center the right information here. It will be verified once selected.
11. Phone Number
This is an optional field. But it’s Ok to enter the phone number if you so wish.
12. E-mail Address
Enter the right and active email address here. it can be used to recover your confirmation code in case you lost it.
13. What is the highest level of education you have achieved, as of today?
You must have a minimum of a high school diploma reflecting the completion of a full course of study (vocation schools or equivalency degrees are not acceptable) or be a skilled worker in an occupation that requires at least two years of training or experience to qualify (visit http://www.onetonline.org/ to see if your occupation qualifies) for a Diversity Visa.
14. What is your current marital status?
Legal separation is an arrangement when a couple remain married but live apart, following a court order. If you and your spouse are legally separated, your spouse will not be able to immigrate with you through the Diversity Visa program. You will not be penalized if you choose to enter the name of a spouse from whom you are legally separated.
If you are not legally separated by a court order, you must include your spouse even if you plan to be divorced before you apply for the Diversity Visa. Failure to list your eligible spouse is grounds for disqualification.
If your spouse is a U.S. citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident, do not list him/her in your entry.
15. Number of Children
Children include all biological children, legally adopted children, and stepchildren who are unmarried and under the age of 21 on the date, you submit your entry. You must include all eligible children, even if they do not live with you or if they do not intend to apply for a Diversity Visa as your derivative. Failure to list all eligible children is grounds for disqualification. If your child is a U.S. citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident, do not list him/her in your entry.
Once you enter all the above details, then you click on the CONTINUE but to go to the next page.
On the next page, you’ll be displayed with the Summary of your entered details.
Cross-check to confirm that all the information entered is correct. Once you are satisfied with the entries, then click on the Submit button to submit.
After submitting the Entry, you’ll be given a confirmation code, Your Last and First Name together with your date of birth. Save the confirmation code at a safe place because you’ll need them when you have to check your status.
