Students at the cape peninsula university technology can access most of the course resources (i.e. course outlines, lecture notes/PowerPoint presentations, recommended reading books/journals, videos, forums) that have been posted to the E-learning platform by CPUT lecturers through the CPUT Blackboard, also know as Myclassroom .
Myclassroom is a safe learning environment, providing students with the option to integrate their social media environments. Students then have the option to filter information and set privacy settings to make a clear distinction between their personal and academic profiles.
In addition to Myclassroom, different departments are also integrating technology into the learning environment.
For example, some students can look forward to working with tablets and apps, while others will have access to video recordings and podcasts of lectures.
If you are a CPUT student who is having difficulty accessing the CPUT Backboard/Online Learning Platform, please see the straightforward tutorial below on how to access the cape peninsula university technology E-learning Portal (LMS).
